The Website devoted to Highland Dancing Competitions
The website is built around the Highland Dancing Community and therefore we need your help to develop the site.
We are aware that many competitions remain unnoticed by Dancers and as a member you can add Event's in your area to our Calendar and let everyone know about it.

About Us
 The website was first started in May 2007 by myself to
help dancers find out the location and dates of highland
dancing competitions throughout Scotland. I knew only a
few competitions which where generally local to Lanark
and therefore was unaware of the vast number of
competitions which where being held every weekend.
The website now has 1000 members and is growing by the day. Many of our members
are posting competitions onto the calendar everyday and I'm still learning of new competitions
in Scotland and now throughout the world. The calendar now has been divided by colour
coding to provide information on the competitions being held in different countries.
The website also has a great connection to many Event Organisers which send up to date
entry forms to the site and are able to add information about their competitions to the news
section. We have a full list of the organisers which help the site which you can contact for

The website has expanded and now has a number of great features to help entertain our
members. The number one feature of the site is obviously the Calendar which gives you
a preview of the year and the dates and times of highland dancing events.
